ST. PIERRE PAINTING (2)
This is the 2nd of the paintings I did for Kevin. Alot better than
the 1st. More action on this one.
Here is the 2nd painting I did for Kevin.
TONY ESPOSITO: This image is to small and fuzzy but I will re paste it. Sadly
I didnt get to finish this one of my all time fav idol goaltender Tony"O". This canvas was damaged beyond belief and I had
worked on it for maybe 4 years! It was the size of a bedroom door literally. It hung on my wall and I worked on it as it was
on display. As you can see it was just about done. My fav peice of artwork and it will never be finished.
Jacques Plante and the 1st Mask- Clint Benedict actually wore
the 1st ever mask ( a little peice of leather over his nose) but Jake " the snake" got credit for it when Andy Bathgate
took a shot and severly broke his nose . He came back on the ice in the same game with this mask and later went on to
develop the fibrosport masks. So back in highschool I did a painting of the famous so called 1st ever goalie mask. My 1st
time ever painting a goalie let alone painting. I wasnt much into painting but to my freinds reading this... this is the picture
that got me to pick up a paint brush more often. Now 90% of the art I do is paintings. I think I need to re paint the
background on it. Over the years its got some scratchs on it. 1st mask....1st painting!
